RoyalStoneGallery is currently seeking dynamic and qualified individual for the roleofAccount manager to provide reliable, timely,and efficient support ourclient locatedBurlington Ontario.
The Role:

·       Responsibleforswitchboard/incoming calls
·       Providesadministrative supportas required
·       Responsible forincoming maildisbursement
·       Responsible foroutgoingmail/couriers
·       Strong workingknowledge ofMicrosoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
·       Organizationalskills to clarifypriorities
·       Interpersonalskills to presentprofessional courteous manner in all dealings both externallyand internally
·       Other duties asrequired
·       Must be very bilingual (EnglishandMandarin)
Hours of work:

Weekday 9am-6pm
OccasionallySaturday 10-5pm
