Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Pay: $19-22/hour + Commission

About the Role

Pillitteri Estates Winery (International Operations Department) is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Mandarin-speaking team members to join our Retail & Hospitality team. This role focuses on conducting winery tours and wine tastings in Mandarin, providing exceptional service to our guests, and supporting retail sales.

If you enjoy hospitality, wine, and working with people from around the world, this is a great opportunity to join a well-known Niagara winery in a dynamic, guest-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct winery tours and wine tastings in Mandarin for guests
Provide warm, professional, and engaging customer service
Introduce and explain our wines, icewines, and winery story
Assist guests with wine purchases and retail inquiries
Support daily retail operations as needed
Help create a memorable and premium guest experience

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing) – required
Cantonese is a strong asset
Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with guests
Must have your own car and be able to commute to the winery
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Interest in wine, hospitality, or tourism is a plus (training provided)
