We are seeking a dedicated Winery Associate to join our team. This can be a full-season full-time or part-time position, depending on your availability. The ideal candidate is warm, enthusiastic, and responsible, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in lively, meaningful conversations with guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic winery environment. Duties include but not limited to: - Assisting customers with indoor and outdoor wine tasting and purchases, while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Building enduring relationships with the winery's loyal customers by offering reliable and enjoyable experiences.
- Restocking shelves as necessary, ensuring the store layout remains tidy and organized.
- Handling online and phone orders, which includes processing payments, packaging wine, and providing after-sale services etc.
- Able to lift up to 40lb case
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Performing routine housekeeping tasks.
Requirements: - Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Age of 18 or older
- We welcome candidates without Prior Winery or Wine experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
