具体信息如下：

Overview

The accounting/financial staff position is not a merely office clerk role, it is a supporting role with an opportunity involve in day-to-day operation to develop various skills and grow with the business. It will start with part-time position with an opportunity to become permanent full-time in the near future.

Main Duties and Requirements:

Prepare invoices, enter daily receipts and A/R, A/P into Quickbooks (Desktop Pro)

Process Bi-weekly payroll

Report to LCBO/VQA/Minister of finance on a monthly basis

Bank Reconciliation

Process GST/HST

Filing expenses/invoices and other documents

Order winery and office supplies

Cash handling, POS operation

Weekend availability is strongly preferred

Qualifications

In the final year of completion a Diploma in accounting or related filed is preferred

Work experience in accounting or related field is an asset

Previous experience with Quickbook is an asset

Proficiency in Excel and word

Attention to detail as well as interest in business operating as a whole

Effective communicator in both Mandarin and English

Knowledge of winery business and wine tax is an asset
